Turn into standalone Django project

Right now, this project is just a library ('app' in Django terminology), which can be used by actual web app ('project' in Django world). There are no endpoints, no URL routing, no settings handling, etc.

Why not turn OneTimeNotes into standalone project, which could be used to spawn a web service, similar to the one exposed at https://aan.sh/otnote? This would greatly facilitate on-prem deployments.

@c0rdis: I assume you have already whole Django stack in place (used for https://aan.sh/otnote). Any chance to make it public?

@psliwka I've created a standalone package and tested it to work, but since it's the first time I've done it, there might be some problems on the way. Please let me know if it works for you.

This is definitely a step in the right direction. What I've been thinking of, however, was to have a full-blown Django project here (that is, with settings.py, manage.py and wsgi.py on board).

Obviously, some values in settings.py will need to vary between deployments (such as SECRET_KEY, ALLOWED_HOSTS, or DB connection config). I'd propose to make them configurable via env vars, as described in https://12factor.net/config
