Bug: Reports incorrectly show "No RT Feed"

Describe the bug
Reports for agencies that definitely have an RT feed are listed as having not having one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://reports.dds.dot.ca.gov/gtfs_schedule/2025/08/182/index.html
2. See icon and text saying there's no GTFS-RT feed, even though the Source URLs pop up lists links to the feeds.

Expected behavior
I know the correct information was shown in the past.

Additional context
I think reports for other agencies are also incorrectly saying there is no RT feed (e.g. Long Beach Transit, City of Santa Monica, etc.).

This definitely fails for long beach. Need to investigate how this feed is populated.
