12. Ask the expert

• Click on Ask the expert in the left top menu

• Click on Questions menu to list all questions

• Select any question to show or answer it

• Press answer button to add new answer

• Press comment button to add new comment

• Click on Unanswered menu to list only unanswered questions

• Click on Users menu to list all registered users

• Click on Ask a Question menu to add new question

• Add you question then press Ask the Question button to publish it

17. Access Training Programs

• Click on Training & Certification menu

• Then select Training Partners

• Then select ATP Program

11. Join Chat

• Press "Chat now!" button in left bottom
• As student you can select admin from chat list
• Enter your message then press send

Note : all roles can chat only with admin

2. eStore :

As student

• Click on Training & Certification menu

• Then select CGP Training

• Select you course and press 'Enroll' button

• System will redirect you to estore Cart page

• Click on Checkout button ,it will redirect you to checkout page

• Enter Billing Details and press 'Continue' button

• Select Payment Method and press 'Continue' button

• Press 'Confirm Order' button ,It will redirect you back to certigate

As Admin

• login to estore

• Select Reports from left side menu (it's last item in menu)

• Then select Sales from drop down menu

• Then select Orders from second level drop down menu (it will open Sales Report page)

• Set start date, end date and status

-Press ' Filter' button to display report

20.Access Training Materials as Instructor

• Click on Instructor in the right top menu

• Select Instructor from the drop down menu

• Select Training Materials from the menu

8. saved form

-Every form has saved you can retrieve it (ex: when edit any form you find previous data)
