cadvisor container is always restarting

Problem description

Following the readme, I installed the ModelCI with docker. But cadvisor container is always restarting. And I checked the log of cadvisor container, I got the erros:

In file docker-compose-cpu-modelhub.yml, cadvisor's command should be commented, right?
