Apply CuMind to gymnasium environments

Description

This epic tracks efforts to apply CuMind to various environments from gymnasium.farama. Sub-issues should be created for each of the following environment categories:

• Classic Control
• Box2D
• Toy Text
• MuJoCo
• Atari
• External Environments

Each sub-issue should track the process and results of applying CuMind to its respective environment type.
