Template not installed with NuGet Package

Just installed the NuGet package for version 1.50 in an ASP.Net MVC project and don't see the template anywhere.

@dhochee Hi, I removed it in this update, but there's a boilerplate template in the README that's essentially the same thing. Just create the .tt file and toss in the template and adjust as necessary.
