issues when IPv6 is disabled

When trying to automate the cbinit / install / upgrade process, if IPv6 is disabled, the wrapper does not function. This is due partly to relying on cbinit.

• If you want IPV6 disabled here is the install process:
  • Install RPM & repo, run yum
  • Run cbinit, cbinit fails
  • Patch cb.conf and nginx.conf to remove IPv6 refs
  • Restart cb-enterprise service

I'd suggest adding an IPv6 flag that allows the IPv6 settings to be changed via this wrapper.

Also, when cbinit fails because of the ipv6 problems, the script also aborts and does nothing.
