start-jenkins.sh not working on windows

Hey Dieter,

I have been experimenting with your interesting project on Windows and experienced some difficulties.
Here is a list of issues with possible solutions:

ISSUE: geen sudo in mingw
--> aanmaken van script c:\Users\Lenne\bin\sudo
#!/usr/bin/bash
"$@"

ISSUE: mingw vertaalt lokaal pad verkeerd
bv. /var/jenkins_home vertaalt hij naar c:\var\jenkins_home
--> lokaal pad definiëren als //var/jenkins_home en //var/run/docker.sock

ISSUE: which docker wordt in mingw geparsed naar c:\Docker Toolbox\docker.exe
Dit draait natuurlijk niet in een linux container.

Foutief
Windows host (docker client) --> linux vm (docker host) --> container jenkins (gebruikt docker client van windows) --> container maven

Oplossing
Windows host (docker client) --> linux vm (docker host) --> container jenkins (met eigen docker client die connecteert op linux vm host) --> container maven

--> in jenkins Dockerfile ook docker installeren
RUN apt-get update && apt-get install -y lxc && apt-get install -y docker.io

--> in start-jenkins.sh niet meer host docker client mappen
docker run -d -p 8888:8888
--net dws-jenkins
-v //var/jenkins_home:/var/jenkins_home
-v //var/run/docker.sock:/var/run/docker.sock
--name dws_jenkins dws/jenkins

ISSUE: mkdir jenkins_home
Die mkdir gaat die folder lokaal in windows proberen te maken
--> folder via ssh aanmaken in linux host

ISSUE: Service 'jenkins' failed to build: The command '/bin/sh -c $JENKINS_SCRIPTS/plugins.sh $JENKINS_CONFIG/plugins.txt' returned a non-zero code: 3
--> converteer plugins.txt van windows naar unix style EOL
