Open Standup: Updating an event didn't send new invitations to already registered people

@SgtCoDFish and @wallrj-cyberark noticed a problem with our open standup meetings.

For context, a few weeks ago, I mistakenly created the “cert-manager daily stand-up” at the wrong time. I had set 10:00am UK time instead of 10:30am. I changed the time to 10:30 on Nov 17, 2025.

But for some reason, Richard and Ashley Davis didn’t receive the invitation update. They are both using their outlook work emails (like me).

To work around that, we found it is possible to go to https://openprofile.dev/, open the registered meeting, and click “resend invitation”. That will send the updated invitation.

I found a minor discrepancy in the usernames for the affected users, which may have been the root cause. I have since updated this information in the backend and resent the meeting invitation to both Richard Wall and Ashley Davis. I have confirmed the emails were successfully sent through our system logs. Could you please confirm whether Richard and Ashley have now received the invitation?

@SgtCoDFish @wallrj-cyberark Can you confirm that the registered meeting in openprofile.dev no longer says biweekly? And that the invitation in your calendar now says 10:30am instead of 10:00am? Thanks
