Breaking Change / Note about the update:
----------------------------------------
The package template has changed with this version regarding the new Invoke-PackageStart and Invoke-PackageEnd functionality.
When updating existing packages to this version, you must update the package header and footer section of your existing packages to reflect this change.
As a reference for the new header and footer section simply call "New-Package" to generate a new package and have a look at the resulting <PackageName>.ps1 file.
The first 5 lines is the header section, and the last 5 lines is the footer section. Then copy & paste this new header and footer sections to your existing packages,
to replace the existing header and footer section.

Packages now have an optional "PackageGUID" parameter in the PackageName.Json file as a unique identifier.
When using "New-Package" an individual GUID is automatically added to the PackageName.json file, alternatively you can use "New-GUID" to generate one.
This GUID is available as $PackageGUID variable at package runtime, and its written to HKLM\Software\PackagingFramework\InstalledPackages\<PackageName>\
and can be used as detection method for MECM/SCCM/etc.

Environment variables can now escaped by wrapping them with additional % characters, for example use %%Username%% if you want to keep %Username% unresolved. This is useful if the variable should resolved later at user runtime and not at package installation runtime.
Import-RegFile Improved resolve variable feature. It supports now escaping of the \ character.
Start-Program New MaxWaitTime parameter to detect programs that run to long or hang. If MaxWaitTime is exceeded the exit code 258 (0x102) WAIT_TIMEOUT is returned.
New-Shortcut New hotkey parameter to add keyboard hotkeys to shortcut links.
Test-Package Bug regarding wrong message "Parameter PackageGUID is not defined in JSON file" is fixed.
