Outbound calls going to voicemail

Now I don't necessarily consider this a problem or bug but just seeing if you or anybody else has any ideas on how we may be able to determine if the outgoing call hits a voicemail, and if it does play a different message or just hang up all together.

Unfortunately right now what happens is the greeting gets recorded on the voicemail :(

Can't imagine it's that great but at least it's a start ... i'll try and put something together and see what i can come up with...
