Peak Picking marginTop are not reloaded when saved with form

When you show peak picking result it will take a base place in the graph.

1. Open the general settings form (old or new)
2. Change the value of the marginTop of peak picking in general section
3. Save

The marginTop will not change in the graph. You will have to reload the page to see the newest value.

Today. drag n drop the labels don't change the value in workspace, check if it is serialized / stored somewhere else, If not I suppose drag n drop should update the workspace. If it is serialized / stored somewhere else (like the view), also migrate to percentage and ensure it is serialized in the state (file-sharing).

I took a look yesterday, I think it's due to const [marginTop, setMarginTop] = useState<number>(originMarginTop); in src/component/1d/peaks/PeakAnnotationsSpreadMode.tsx
