(fix) Adds 3010 to ValidExitCodes for WindowsFeatures

If the system is partially or fully through Windows Updates being installed, it can require a reboot at these steps.

This _may_ help that situation, but equally there may be failures later due to the WebAdministration module not being loaded - this will be rectified by a restart!
