Moving scripts to footer causing OAS_RICH is not defined

For optimization we move scripts to footer, but this causes the OAS_RICH is undefined to occur.

We ended up not using this module so I am not set up to test any changes but check out the branch I created issue2-delay-ad-load where I wrapped the call to OAS_RICH in a jQuery document ready. That should delay the call long enough for realmedia to be loaded. Let me know how that works out for you.

Chris, Thanks for the response. I did much of the same thing just yesterday, however after further investigation I still had the same error. However, I found that page compression is causing the static var for openadstream_positions() to always return an empty array and as a result cause the same JS error. I am trying to solve this now, I will report when I find a solution but if you have any ideas they would be helpful I am sure. Best!
