Animkit needs updates

1. I confirm that the latest update 1.1.0, which should fix flickering, breaks the rotation orientation
2. If there is no network connection, the animkit does not load and goes into the endless "Fetching version"
3. The Maxscript crash of the utilities panel is caused by the location of all scripts in the startup directory, you need to move them to a separate folder in the scripts directory. In the startup directory, you need to create a .ms file that will load the main script with filein, as done in the original ofio.
