The problem
As a user, it's not clear how to configure the logging in input4mips validation. Given this is such a difficult area of Python generally, we should provide some docs on this.
Definition of "done"
- Documentation added, which points to loguru and gives some examples of different configuration and also discusses our custom levels and the idea behind them
