Minimum envelope sustain value should be non-zero

Setting the sustain value on the ADSR envelope to its bottom-most value is 0.0, so we never hear the synth voice. Adjust its lower bound to be a non-zero value so that the synth will always produce an audible voice under any envelope setting.
