Suggestion: Same Header-Variables through different specs (example: Kafka and HTTP

Currently Kafka and the HTTP Specs uses differenct prefixes for their header information.
kafka uses "ce_" and http uses "ce-".
There is no technical explanation for that, so why it is different?

@warema-itsoso if I'm remembering correctly, at the time we were more concerned with aligning with the norms of each binding rather than consistency across bindings. For kafka in particular, you'll see _ and - both used (e.g. java and some frameworks seem to like _ while others seem to prefer -, and then we also considered how often those header names might be mapped into code variable names - which - would be problematic). However, it's a valid question and something to discuss for v2. Making a change like this for v1 would be a breaking change. I've opened #1389 to add this item to our v2 list - that way we can close this (to keep our issue list clean) but keep track of it for future work.
