[Bug](ui): ComboboxOption dropdown broken

Click on any dropdown in ComboboxOption Storybook - the dropdown is broken.

Same here. Quick look into console output reveals there is an error from PortalProvider:

PortalProvider.component-CKsBwj0s.js:1 usePortalRef must be called inside a PortalProvider. You are probably using a component that renders a portal, e.g. Modal or Select. Make sure your app is wrapped in an AppShellProvider. Alternatively, a PortalProvider can be included manually.

Also, when inspecting the story markup, I can't seem to find the portal container element.

However, instead of fixing the story, my vote would be for getting rid of it altogether, as ComboBoxOption should never be used standalone anyway, and ComboBox stories should cover this component entirely. Another artifact from when we wrote stories for everything we built.

However we would need to check in how far we can show and demo the props of child components if we only have stories for the parents, but if that works, get rid of child components stories asap. All IMO, of course.
