New requests for Insights from the TAB

A few suggestions for new features in Insights:

• Ability to point from the projects in Insights back to the reference architectures they're mentioned in
• Expose project maturity level directly in the collections
• Expose foundation affiliation directly in the collections (CNCF, AAIF, etc)
• Allow users to add their own metadata to projects added in collections (things like criticality or exit complexity, or others)
