During today's public meeting, there was the idea to regularly ping the authors of reference architectures for any updates (or no updates). This should be a lightweight ping, and the discussion led to:
- Ping every 6 to 12 months
- Make it simple... was there a relevant update? Answering "no but this architecture is still live and shining" would be a very valuable answer, that should be reflected in the reference architecture document
- If there was an update, we sync with the authors for a follow up
