[FEATURE] Make openai.rs more generic and fit into AzureConfig too #1364
Description
Currently azureopenai.rs is replicating some logic from openai.rs. We can make openai.rs more generic (e.g. use type parameter for async_openai::Client) and enable azureopenai.rs share most logic with it.
