[FEATURE] Rust API #1372
Description
What is the use case?
Most of my projects are fully in Rust or use Rust WASM. I do not want to drop to Python to manage AI-related activities
Describe the solution you'd like
Expose a Rust API for cocoindex which has everything the Python API has.
Additional context
This would also help AI integrate into legacy systems, and potentially actualize a Large Action Model (previous "efforts" were either fake or highly limited in support) hooked up to other GenAI
