Add ability to choose a "featured" media

- Needs a database field added and a migration created
- Needs a mutation to edit the featured media
- Media type should include a featured option
- New field in project to get featured media
- When setting something as featured, it should set the other media in the project to NOT featured (i.e. only one media can be featured at a time)
