[bug] Symbols not found when trying out type_traits

I'm not sure why this might happen.

Cell 4 fails to compile : nothing wrong there. But that shouldn't affect the cells coming after that correct ?

Basically the recovery should be good enough to not corrupt the repl session and we should we able to proceed with the cells coming after. This is not a minimal example, if someone can spot a smaller example, let's debug this !
