MSP Clarification - Neeo Remote

Hi, trying to write a driver for Apple TV that displays current metadata on navigators. It's to a point where everything works great, but the Neeo Remote is not a fan. It does display metadata for something like the Sonos. So it does work, just not with what I've done. This can be reproduced using the sample MSP Driver (2-Now Playing). Here's a couple pictures to demonstrate what I mean.
