I've been trying to execute the HECIL workflow with some generated data on a SLURM cluster, as specified in the repository. The readme states that this should result in a 15 minute workflow, however in my tests this appears to run for over two hours. Do you have any idea where the issue could lie? I have also tried the executing with smaller input sizes, yet the issue persists.
Here is a screenshot of the output file (note that between "starting workflow..." and the workflow being aborted lie approximately two hours.)
