Fork or Merge Helomics Data Loading Code #103
Description
The Helomics data is not loading correctly and is causing a blocker for the local pipeline implementation. The current code attempts to download several files which no longer exist and fails.
@mpreusse to either:
- fork the original repo into the CovidGraph organisation and fix the errors.
- merge/rewrite the data loading code into one of his other repositories.
The second option is more likely as the original code could also do with some tidying up.
