reminder... check that everything is okay by running our scripts with a subset from our subjects: we don't want to waste time to spot problems and take action with our experiment.

The pipeline works with toy examples... now it's time to make the next step by running some real examples

Red flag raised after checking the results.

The pipeline is okay but apparently we have an environment problem: some subjects (eg killbill) are affected by other OS processes running concurrently (eg check OS updates).

This is HIGH priority since it may affect our existing results.
