On one of the lab computers in OLRI 222, using Safari, the "I submitted my account information" button on
https://dandrake.github.io/workflow-wizard-walkthrough/?step=send-account-info didn't respond to clicks -- you'd have to click around the page a few times before somehow the focus was set correctly and the browser believed it should trigger the onclick event.
Safari elsewhere and other browsers don't seem to have this problem. I'm mostly just documenting this as a thing that sometimes happens...
