UI: Unable to resize right most column on the Transactions tab of the Core QT wallet

The issue is one cannot resize the right most column on the transactions tab using the gadget (column divider) as expected. Note, columns to the left may be resized using their gadgets. Version tested in was 22.1.3 on Windows 11.
