new arg to control how many checks can be run in parallel
Current behavior/output
default, all checks attempt to run at once depending on filesystem
Suggested behavior/output
new arg to define concurreny value
To Reproduce
run the script with no flags
Additional context
This is to give more control to the API Proxy runs
