Looking for information on Datacleaner challenges/capabilities

Hi,

I'm a generalist analyst looking for information on the benefits and challenges of using Datacleaner for data cleansing, including ease of use across business types (e.g. how easy for small organisation with limited IT resources to integrate), extent to which automation is possible (where in workflow is human intervention a must?), what challenges have users found and how does it stack up against other open source offerings.

Not a specialist in this field so please reply as if responding to a small child.
