Make add / remove buttons more informative

The buttons on the editor for adding/removing a section are sometimes a bit confusing to use, since they are not labeled and the section you add/remove using them is long and no longer visible (esp. for add buttons, see screenshot below).

Suggestions: add a label to the buttons, named the same as the section, plus the "+" sign (e.g. "PII Controller +").
