Keyboard interactive auth? #20
Description
I'm working on a project to automate some ESXi stuff. It appears they do some weird things. One of these weird things is using keyboard interactive ssh auths. I have this working in Go, but can't figure out how to get it working with this library. Looking through the source code makes me think it's not supported/implemented?
