currentWeekNumber('01/01/2021') should return 1 as first week of 2021 but returns 53

@theopract The current week number is the ISOWeek according to ISO-8601. 01/01/2021 is in fact week 53 of 2020 since the first isoweek of the year starts on a Monday.
