You mentioned in your documentation that
"Then to install, open up a Terminal window, "cd" to your FUEL CMS installation then type in: php index.php fuel/installer/install backup"

But i dont have SSH access on my server.

So how to install it then?

I would sync from local/staging to production. So run it locally and push the changes to production. In the case of the database changes, sync the production database locally and then replace production (so may need to take site offline for a few seconds to do so). In most cases, you can just install the module by placing it in the fuel/modules/{module} folder. You may additionally want to add the module's permission manually under the Permissions module which will allow you to assign permissions to other users than the super admin (e.g. "name" backup, "description" Backup). In the case of the blog module which has additional tables, you can run that SQL in the "fuel/modules/blog/install" folder on the production database.
