Linux builds do not work with efi BIOS

Unable to build linux distros when EFI is enabled.
Boot options can not be selected, so the boot command doesn't work when picking the kickstart file or cloud-init file (over http).
Cloud-init works if using floppy on ubuntu.

Floppy should be avoided as it isn't guaranteed to be available in the future.

Thanks, I had seen that (and forgot about it), but have yet to test it.
