DDI Tools catalogue

Come up with a new way to manage the DDI Tools catalogue.
Preferably by having a git repository with the tools and some github actions build step to create a website and a metadata dump of all the tools.

We explored using https://graphql.landscape2.io/ at Dagstuhl which uses Landscape and all info is based on a yaml file -
