NAT-compatible endpoint config in pjsip

ATM we have rare Problems with Client behind nat.
This is fixed with the Settings rtp_symmetric and force_rport and testet on the Event DHCP.
Todo: Persist Settings in Git-Templates

Nice to have / second Todo: create seperate transport without nat-mitigation just in case someone needs it.
