Sometimes add SQL blocks instead of Code blocks

## Environment data

- Deepnote Extension version (available under the Extensions sidebar): 1.1.4

## Expected behaviour

Clicking the "Code" button creates a code block.

## Actual behaviour

Sometimes when trying to add a Code block, after adding a SQL block, or trying to add a it under a SQL block, a SQL block is created instead of a Code block.
