Remove OutputAdapter, ListJoiner, DocumentJoiner from cookbook examples

OutputAdapter, ListJoiner, DocumentJoiner are not required any longer in most pipelines thanks to https://github.com/deepset-ai/haystack/releases/tag/v2.24.0

We should update the following cookbook examples:

Hi @julian-risch , I looked through the cookbook and found several occurrences of OutputAdapter and DocumentJoiner.

Note: In async_pipeline.ipynb, DocumentJoiner is being used with join_mode="reciprocal_rank_fusion", so removing it there would change behavior rather than just simplify pipeline wiring. I’ll prioritize the notebooks where these components seem to be used only as glue, unless you’d like me to also refactor the hybrid retrieval example and change that ranking behavior.

Hi @julian-risch , I opened a PR for this:

I focused on the using_hyde_for_improved_retrieval notebook first, where OutputAdapter seemed to be used mainly as glue rather than affecting retrieval behavior.
