Add GitHub Issue Templates for Better Reporting

Issue Description

Currently, your repository does not have structured issue templates. This makes bug reports and feature requests inconsistent and harder to manage.

Proposed Solution

• Create GitHub issue templates using .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/.
• Include the following templates:
  • Bug Report – For reporting bugs with reproduction steps, expected behavior, and screenshots.
  • Feature Request – For suggesting new features or improvements.
  • Docs Improvement – For improving documentation

Expected Result

Contributors and maintainers can file issues in a consistent, structured manner, making them easier to track and resolve.
