Scope of bookmark storage #1
Description
Idea: Implement a scope (Global, Local) for the stored bookmarks.
Local would store the bookmarks file in user's profile (CurrentUserCurrentHost)
Global would store the bookmarks file in all user's profile (AllUsersCurrentHost)
