Update examples to have explicit names and tooltips (#72)

* Update examples to have explicit names and tooltips

Modify script/exampleoptions to use a CSV containing details on the examples and a more explicit name than their files.

* Add examples csv

* Remove extra javascript in mkdocs config

* Make dropdown searchable

* Add dynamic description to content

* Move to side by side converter

* Fix editing on both JSON and text

* Remove Valid checkbox

* Refactor layout

* Reduce content on page for simplified view

* create toml/js file for examples, use to populate playground

* Remove 'Examples' text
