Create a home page which will show following information.

• Header showing
  • Title like Awesome Open Source Pakistan.
  • Description like a currated list of open source project built in pakistan.
  • A banner on top right corner with a link to how to submit the project page.
• Body showing
  • List of open source projects submitted.
  • List should be sorted by the star on github.
  • Show the feature image, title of the repo, short description, maintainer avatar, starts on github.
  • Clicking on the item will open the project.
  • Clicking on the avatar of maintainer will open the profile on github.
• Footer showing
  • Copyrights info
  • devncode heading
  • Short intro about devncode
  • links to devncode website and social media with icons like facebook, twitter, linked, youtube, github
