implement replymarkups #1
Description
- sendMessage and sendPhoto and such are completely implemented, except the parameter
reply_markupapi doc here - let them accept that with a default parameter
- implement the dtos for
InlineKeyboardMarkup,ReplyKeyboardMarkup,ReplyKeyboardRemove,ForceReply, give them a common baseclass
