I would like to test ide settings without pushing to a remote repository by cloning from my local file system using "file://" URLs. Currently GitURL checks for a limited set of protocols.
The current way I use is developing right in the settings folder, however IDEasy resets to the last commit if it detects changes there. It also tries to pull from a non existing origin.
Having the ability to clone from the fileystem would simplify local development.
