What I really like about specific project vs Homerow for scrolling is that it's not a two-step process. Specifically, Homerow requires a keycombo -> hjkl. KeyboardScroller just requires one specific keycombo for scrolling (which, when paired with apps like Karabiner Elements and goku, can be quite easy and ergonomic).
So, was just wondering why this functionality (one step process) isn't baked into Homerow, since it seems like that was explored, judging by the README.
