Missing tests for test_suite

Collection of tests that need to be implemented

• exec, stop and delete for storedrelease and CD
• check adding and removing storedrelease
• assert exec, stop and delete to abort if wrong execution name is passed
• check version mismatch
• setup CD job to build devel, release and CD image => equivalent to testing image builds
• add badges to repo
